Registration Information
Our online registration system is an efficient and secure way to register for the SICC-13. Please read the registration and payment information carefully before registering for conference.
Note:
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fees.
- Payment is via credit card only.
- Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if not received in full.

Beware of fraudulent websites and unauthorized registration companies
It has come to our attention that random companies are attempting to defraud individuals interested in attending our Conference. Please be vigilant if you are approached by a company regarding registration to the SICC-13. ICS (International Conference Services) is the only third-party organization authorized to provide registration services on behalf of the SICC-13. Therefore, any communication from an email address other than sicc2026-registration@icsevents.com should be considered suspicious. All registrations should be made directly through the ICS Congress Secretariat, or the online registration system. Please let us know at sicc2026-registration@icsevents.com if you are approached by any agency claiming to represent SICC-13.

For Late/Onsite registration rates we can only accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express onsite. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the SICC-13. Cash and cheques will NOT be accepted onsite.
Cancellation will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Companies and organizations intending to register a group of ten people or more are required to follow the special group registration procedure. Please contact sicc2026-registration@icsevents.com to receive the group registration form.
Note that:
- The same fees and deadlines apply for groups as for individual participants.
- Registration fees can be paid in advance, and attendee names provided.
- The listed registration fees are only valid if both the registration form and full payment are received on or before the specified deadlines. Otherwise, the payment will be treated as a partial payment for the next applicable registration fee deadline.
- The group coordinator must submit full contact details for each registered participant: family name, first name, profile information, e-mail, affiliation, and country of origin of each participant.
Please provide us with the participants’ correct e-mail address so we can send them session evaluations and final conference evaluation. These documents will only be emailed during the conference period.
Please note: Although every effort will be made to inform you in the event of a double registration, the organizing secretariat cannot be held responsible in the event of a double registration (when either an individual or another group registers the same participant).
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel visa to attend the SICC-13 will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment has been received by the SICC-13 Secretariat. It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into Singapore.
